Injection molding process is respectively ejected from the two sides of the lance for the mixed initiator and accelerator two kind of polyester, while the cut E-glass fiber yarn discharge from the center of the gun, to uniformly mixed with the resin, and deposited onto the mold, when deposited to a certain thickness, with a roller compacted fibers impregnated with resin, fiberglass chopped strand mat remove air bubbles, after curing into products.

Advantages of injection molding: ① replaced with E-glass fiber yarn fabric, can reduce material costs. ② production efficiency 2-4 times higher than the hand lay. ③ product integrity, and seamless, high interlaminar shear strength, high resin content, corrosion resistance, leakage resistance. ④ reduce burr, cutting cloth cuttings and residual glue consumption. ⑤ product size, shape is not limited. ⑥ Jets make the catalyst and resin prior to injection under hydraulic pressure in the nozzle mixing, so no compressed air leakage during injection, the injection less air pollution. The disadvantage is: ① high resin content, products, when used independently without enhanced intensity is low (under normal circumstances do need to be lined with enhanced situation alone does not exist).

Injection molding efficiency up to 15kg / min, it is suitable for large-scale manufacture of the hull. It has been widely used in the processing vessel, towers, tanks, and other car body member.
