Disneyland provides Discount Packages and cheap tickets for the Military. Disneyland salutes the army-men, both active and retired, and they can receive special treatment in form of cheap tickets and discount packages.

Although every year, Disney makes some changing in it’s policies regarding discount and cheap packages. For 2014-2015, Disney offered four-day theme park ticket in Orlando, there was a Water-Park option for Florida and three-day park hopper tickets for California.

While making the reservations the military men are also allowed to add any one of the dining package from the following three dinner packages:

-Quick Service Dining

-Deluxe Dining

Shade of Green:

Active duty, retired military as well as honorably discharged veterans, can enjoy the luxuries of Shade Of Green (SOG) resort. It is an on-property resort, though not fully operated and controlled by Disney, but somehow it comes under Disney’s wing, it was completely renovated and was expanded in 2005. Following are the people that qualify for enjoying the luxuries of SOG:

  • 100% disabled veterans.
  • Military men that have been retired for 20 years or more.
  • Active duty National Guard personnel.
  • People from the Department of Defensive Civilian.
