Another very tidy little 9-hole golf course, The Springs Club in Armadale underwent some serious rennos in recent years and it shows. The course itself is a lot of fun and not crazy-challenging (you won’t find too many bunkers or water hazards), but watch out for those greens – they’ll get ya. It hasn’t been easy pulling this ranking together, especially during the past 10 months with several state borders being closed for most of that time and, at various stages, courses being closed for extended periods due to the pandemic. The original course design was heavily influenced by Vern Morcom, who is responsible for many of Australia’s best layouts.
