The carbon fiber door inner structurePosted by cnsuperpower on January 21st, 2016 After looking Ceramic Brake Pad into a few different tire options, I settled on a set of five (4 wheels, plus the spare) Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S black wall tires that I was able to source from the Tire Rack for about /tire (shipped). I chose the Geolanders in part because of their excellent ratings … Inside, the high-back sports seats fitted in the front of the GS F are manufactured through an integrated foaming technique, and have been designed to resemble form-fitting athletic sportswear to support and cosset occupants. The seats provide both high performance required on a track as well as the comfort needed for general driving. The specially crafted rear seats share design characteristics with the high-back sports seats used in the front, including the same distinctive sewing and stitching patterns. The genuine-leather steering wheel has a thickness and grip perfected through repeated track outings by Lexus test drivers. The large paddle-shift levers are designed to be operated while holding the steering wheel, even when cornering. The steering wheel and shift knob employ three-color overlock stitching in white, black, and blue -colors that symbolize the F series. The GS F utilizes aluminum sports pedals and foot rests. Other mass management measures include the available carbon fiber roof, aluminum door skins mounted to the carbon fiber door inner structure, and a composite trunk floor. The LC 500 also represents the Lexus brand’s most intensive use of high-strength steel. This provides enhanced rigidity while reducing—and ideally positioning—vehicle mass to optimize dynamics. As a result, the LC 500 is very balanced with a nearly ideal front/rear weight Brake Pad Manufacturer distribution of 52/48. Like it? Share it!More by this author |
