Dining out in Madrid is a true adventure, the city is studded with “old man bars” and ritzy restaurants alike. It’s even home to the oldest restaurant in the world (according to the Guinness Book of World Records!), Botin. I hope that this Madrid food guide will encourage you to support these small businesses too (and please skip the chains!), allowing this city to stay unique.
