There is also no need to rush the hills as e-bikes can neutralise speed so you won't have to ride at breakneck rates when approaching downhill runs. Finally, e-bikes don't cost a lot to run and maintain, although they do cost a little more than your conventional bike upfront. Still, mechanical wear and tear is just about the same and electricity is relatively cheap.
