Sometimes children have the behavior, which differs from parents’ wishes. In these cases parents often shout and hurt the child. But psychologists say that it is a huge mistake, it makes the relations between parents and child worse.  So how to communicate and understand each other?

  • Specialists say that too emotional communication is not good for children. They can grow and be selfish and abused. That’s why parents need to control their emotions and to find the right way of communication with child.

  • Parents depend on the everyday routine, responsibility, tiredness and nervous situations. And it influences on their communication with children. Try to find free time for yourself. Just leave your child with grandma or with your sister, and go somewhere and have a rest. You can go to the cinema, to your friends and relax. Don’t be afraid that something will go wrong.

  • Start your day with a smile. Children feel the parents’ mood and if you have nice mood, children also will be happy and calm.

  • If you are too nervous, ask your doctor for some medicine. Drink herbal tea before sleeping.

  • Instead of shouting on your child, go out and do something what is interesting for you. It can be an interesting book, magazine or something like this. Child will feel that you are upset, and he/she will know that he/she made a mistake.

  • Have a hobby. It will help you to distract of the everyday work and to enjoy the time when children sleep, walk or play with other members of the family.

  • Make a habit to spend the part of your time with the family outside. It will help you to relax from the rhythm of the life, which you have almost always.

  • Read the special literature, which will help you to understand why your child does something. Try to make the childhood of your child the best time of the life. Be sure, that children will remember this wonderful time during the whole life. And in this way everything will be great in your family and in your relation with children.
