The answer of the topic is definitely yes. Whenever you drink water,you can get benefit for it. You can lose belly fat by drinking water in special times. The reason why I said that is showed below:

Drink water in the morning.

When we sleep at night, our body consumes a lot of water in the process of excretion and breathing. After getting up in the morning, our body will be in a physiological dehydration. Drinking water in the morning can help reduce belly fat.

 Start your breakfast with a glass of water.If you are bored in drinking water directly,to add honey or lemon into water is a good choice.

These water can quickly speed up the gastrointestinal peristalsis function.The body waste, toxins, metabolites that accumulated in the night will be removed out of the body, thus achieve to lose belly fat.

Drinking water before having meals
