NFL London: Running back Myles Gaskin Miami Dolphins shouldn't be in 32nd ranked

The media has very little love for the Miami Dolphins, so it should come as no surprise to see Myles Gaskin, the lowest-ranked RB in the NFL.

Former NFL running back Maurice Jones-Drew has a great career, but does this make him a professional football analyst? Not really. Jones-Drew now works at NFL.com and ranks first of all 32 entry-level running backs, and Gaskin ranks 32nd.

Averaging 4.1 yards per attempt in 142 carries. But I need to see more Jones-Drew of NFL.com and Gaskin was a reliable guard for the Dolphins last season.

Last year's run in Dolphins wasn't very good. They are in 22nd place, but we have to remember that Miami started 3 rookie offensive bouts and as the season has progressed their running back lineup has changed. Do you remember Jordan Howard? Matt Breida? DeAndre Washington? The dolphins struggle to find a suitable running back and Gaskin stands out from the pack.

Gaskin may not be the best running back in the NFL, but come on, 32nd? Statistically, he's better than some of the others. This is a comparison

142 tries, 584 yards, 10 games, 4.1 YPC 3 TDs

388 receiving yards 2 41 Receptions, receiving TDs

Number 31 Devin Singletary: Buffalo

156 tries, 687 yards 16 games 4.4 YPC 2 TDs

269 yards 38 Receptions 0 TDs

Number 30 Mark Ingram: Ravens

72 tries, 299 yards, 11 games, 4.2 YPC 2 TDs

50 yards 6 Receptions 0 TDs

Number 28: Tevin Coleman: Jets

28 tries, 8 games, 53 yards, 1.9 YPC, 0 TDs

34 yards, 4 Receptions, 0 TDs

Gaskin should never be in the top 15 or 20, but 32nd place is compost. He stands behind 22-year-old DeAndre Swift. Swift's lineup is 13 games, 114 tries, 521 times, 4.6 YPC, and 8 TD. His reception data in 3 games more than Gaskin is also comparable. 46 catches, 357 yards, and two TDs. Drew said the same thing to Gaskin.

He has a real chance of becoming a bell bull and helping Tua Tagovailoa in his first season as a full-time starter. The Miami Dolphins running a league is definitely better than the 22nd team a year ago. It starts with Gaskin, but if he can't handle the load, the situation could change quickly.

If we talk about the stats that Jones-Drew refers to, we should see that Gaskin is higher, and if Jones-Drew is based on potential, he should be higher. His rookie Najee Harris is ranked 16th overall and the Steelers consider having one of the worst offensive lines in the league.

Sorry, Jones-Drew, I disagree with you, both statistically and potentially.
