Amazing Gosaikunda Lake Trekking in Langtang Region

Gosaikunda Trekking is a rugged trail with fascinating views of Himal Chuli (7,893 m), Manaslu (8,156 m), and Ganesh Himal (7,406 m) on the west.

To the north, there lies Langtang Lirung. Passing through Lauribinayak gives the first view of holy lakes. Gosainkunda Trek is both a pilgrimage holiday in Nepal as well as a hiking trip in Nepal. Trekkers can experience unique local cultures and traditions.

Gosaikunda Trek is lies between the helambu trek and langtang trek, Glacial lakes, snow peaks, oak and rhododendron forests, enchanting waterfalls, ethnic and traditional settlements, and above all, the legends of Gosaikunda itself makes the trek an outstanding experience.

Gosainkunda is the holiest place for both Hindus and Buddhists to make a pilgrimage each year on the full moon day of August. Gosainkunda Lake Trek is a moderate trek.

The trail has both easy and steep sections. There are many ascends & descends through dense forests and sometimes rugged paths as well. As well as you will cross the interesting viewpoint of Lauri Binayak Pass.
