Factors Affecting the Quality of Storage Cages

The heavier products you store, the higher standards of warehouse storage cages you may have. Generally, such as machinery, hardware, electrical appliances, stamping, die casting and auto parts, these industries managed storage cage may have special requirements.Main bearing diameter mesh size play an great role. Thicker lines storage cage are, greater force will it bear. For those cages with smaller space, when force area increase, the bearing capibility will increase. In contrast, larger storage cage net, its pressure points will be less, thus, the storage cage carrying capacity will reduce.

The principle of the line is as the same. The finer lines are, the worse cage power is. However, diameter and grid spacing are not the key points to judge the storage cage quality,bearing capability, basic channel as well as process quality. Butterfly cage bottom basically shaped as “U”, if the following welding thick steel mesh cross, a greater number of forces will naturally make it more stable.Therefore, customers often have to add  two channels at the bottle in order to strengthen the force required. Factor effct the quality and bearing capability of the storage cage is making process such as the welding quality. If the welding depth is deep enough and spot welding is firm enough, its life will be long.

In short, there are many factors affect the quality and the bearing capability of a cage. Simply look at the weight and the price is a misunderstanding.
