3. Now tap on the option “Forgotten Password”.

4. You will see a new page named “I forgot my Security Code” or “I forgot my password”.

5. Now enter the registered E-mail or Phone Number. 

6. Tap the button “Submit”.

7. Now choose the option “Create a New Password”.

8. Hit button “Save”. 

9. Start the device again.

10. Try to log in using the newly created password. 

Note – The user should make sure that the password does not contain any symbol. 

Deactivate the Account

If you purchase the replacement subscription then enter the passcode on the login page. Make sure to login into the page using the new passcode, not with the existing one. You should carefully add the digits in the password box.
