Public Private Partnership Initiative for Timely Delivery of L Zone

One major modification under Master Plan Delhi is the announcement of Land Pooling Policy allowing the private developers to participate in the land procurement process for developing the sub cities at different zones of the master plan.
Projected as an amiable solution to the pressing population pressure over the masses, the Delhi L Zone and other Zones has been projected as an effective solution offering around 24 million homes under MPD 2021. The Delhi 2021 master plan map includes around a vast tract of land lying at different areas and regions at the outskirts of Delhi and especially the urban villages of the Delhi after the notification to be developed as under five sub cities.
One major modification under Master Plan Delhi is the announcement of Land Pooling Policy allowing the private developers to participate in the land procurement process for developing the sub cities at different zones of the master plan. The thrust and focus area of development at L Zone is PPP (Public Private Partnerships) on which various real estate companies in Delhi would participate in the scheme.
As according to the basic concept and methodology of PPP, L Zone is also a co-operation between the public sector (DDA) and private sector (Developer and Societies) to carry out the project of making housing and dwelling units while both the parties sharing their specified and designated duties.
As obvious real estate development in Dwarka and government’s interest is highly attributed due to the growing role of PPP according to the need and demand in infrastructure sector, limited public funds and the growing need of the private sector in infrastructure.
