Creative Ideas for Custom Exhibit Booths

With modern technology, you can give free rein to your creativity in creating innovative, cost-efficient, and results-effective custom exhibit booths. You can install these booths in several occasions, such as trade shows, industry conventions, and corporate events, to generate buzz for your organization, attract more potential clients, and reinforce your status in the industry, among other purposes. Your job then is to ensure that, indeed, your customized exhibit booths will be aligned with your goals especially when these are competing with dozens of other booths.

Here are a few creative ideas that you can use and adapt to your own booths. Keep in mind that while imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, you should absolutely avoid imitating the exhibit booths of your competitors, past and present, regardless of the location. You have to make your own distinctive impression on your target audience and being original is a surefire way to do it.

Curved Lines

The eyes are more likely to be attracted to graceful and fluid curved lines than to the symmetry of straight lines. You should add a few curved shapes and lines to your booth, even in the case of an exhibit booth rental, to attract more people to your exhibit. You may also add other complementary attractions, such as colored LED strips preferably in your company colors for a cohesive look, as well as partial partitions for privacy.

Mechanized Mannequins

The addition of mannequins for movement in your customized exhibit booth will further attract people to it. Be as playful as possible with the movements and placements of the mannequins, such as mannequins running above the booth or on the floor beside it. You can also add other whimsical touches like bar stools with legs made from mannequins’ legs as well as social media posts featuring mannequins, both living and non-living.

Use the Wall

Why not use the wall in a creative way, too? Since your booth will have limited space, maximizing the wall means getting more returns on your investment. You can, for example, perforate one part of the wall with a logo-inspired pattern lit from the front or behind to highlight your company through its logo.

Other creative ideas include interactive displays, such as touchscreen displays; miniature displays of the manufacturing process; and motorized components with bright lights and lively music, among others. Work with your supplier of trade show displays Floridain coming up with innovative displays that will catch your target audience’s attention while also achieving your goals, whether it is to gain more customers or strengthen your supplier network.
