How do I get a job in Dubai from India?

Well you\\\\\\\'ve asked one of the most commonly asked questions and below is my tips to you.
To begin with I want to tell you that I am living here in Dubai for two years now and to your surprise I landed a job from India without applying for it or any reference.
You must be wondering how did that happen, well that\\\\\\\'s luck I would say purely. However here in Dubai I am at a position where I hire people too so below mentioned tips can assist you in landing a job here:
- ensure your CV reaches the right person, I have come across cases where even the most desrving candidate wouldn\\\\\\\'t get a job if the candidate sends their CV to the wrong person and it may end up in someone\\\\\\\'s recycle bin
- The ideal way is to be here in Dubai for a visit visa but prepare a list of companies and HR email IDs for visa drops and then make a visit to all the compaines you have listed with your research
- Referral indeed is the sure way to get through any opening as referred candidates are a cost cutting and more reliable due to their reference in the company walk in interview in dubai
- Job portals may or may not be very effective depending on how quickly you apply for the profile and then follow up on your candidature with the HR of that company. I suggest you must add the HR job poster on Linkedin and initiate a communication to get a clarity of the status of your application and if youre Lucky enough then you might as well be shortlisted
whatever I shared are purely basis my experience in Dubai. Just be sure that you shouldn\\\\\\\'t expect too much salary as an entry level in Dubai because people have a bad misconception about every job being highly paid here which is not the case.
