M Street
This 49 Unit, 8 stories + penthouse residential building is located in the heart of Logan Circle and maxes out the available density while also harmonizing with the surrounding context. The project incorporates exterior balconies, upper-level terraces, alley parking, and rooftop amenity space. Efficient unit plans are designed to “live big”, with large living areas, spacious kitchens, and plentiful natural light.

The Beatrice
This boutique hotel offers a glimpse of history in the historic 1887 Exchange Building in Downtown Providence. The lobby is set in an atrium space formed by the connection to adjacent office building and highlights Providence’s historic beauty while introducing modern design elements. A street-level restaurant engages the lobby and activates the arrival experience. The guestrooms comfortable tailored quarters overlook the city’s Financial District.
