The Arden Condo is located in both the Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang URA masterplans. Senja will be home to a new hawker center and integrated healthcare facilities by 2020. A row of 36 flats and stores in Phoenix Road has been purchased by CNQC Realty, a subsidiary of real estate developer Qingjian Realty Group. The development is located on Phoenix Road, near Bukit Panjang, in Singapore\'s District 23.

The en bloc sale, which is part of a second collective sale attempt, is S.6 million, which is more than the owner\'s S million asking price and corresponds to a land rate of 0 psf ppr, including the projected differential premium due.

Each owner is expected to get between .08 million and .44 million in cash after the deal is completed. The difference is related to the varying unit sizes, which range from 83 to 91 square meters.
