Tamang Heritage Trail trek

8 - Days Tamang Heritage trail trek is new trekking route in the Langtang National park region. This trip chance to explore the beaten track that highlights an ancients and unique lifestyle of Tamang cultural village and Tibetan cultural with a mixture of the nature of the scenery

This trek offers to closely walk around the rough history of the Tibetan and Tamang associates and their lifestyle. The main Tamang peoples are typically engrossed in their occupation of agriculture and trading during the main season time. The trekking trail we passes their settlement includes of blooming Nepalese national flowers of rhododendron and pine forests, green meadow lands, spotting wildlife, magnificent waterfalls and sacred lakes of parbati Kunda and many more.

Our journey will start with a drive to syabrubesi and then, we will ascend to Bhanjyang, and then trekking to Gatlang Village. Gatlang is one of the typical villages in tamang Heritage trail trek; we can explore the hillside among terraced fields of a Tamang settlement, ancients Buddhist monastery, School, sacred parvati Kunda Lake. After visit to Gatlang Village, we trek descending to passes the delightful ancient Buddhist mani walls, Chhorten and reach to Chilime Hydropower, the after we cross the suspension bridge, we will trek to ascending to Gongang Village and reach to Tatopani Village has natural Hot spring, we can take a bath there.

Further trekking to Thuman, this village is well known for its shamanic performances and the wonderful view of Langtang II, Langtang Lirung, Paldor Peak, Tibetan Peak and many more mountains. Again we trek continue to Bridim Village is classic home stay tamang community, we can an explore the ancient Buddhist monastery of Dukchu Gompa that is sacred because of its Guru Rinpoche. We trek descending to Syabrubesi has natural hot spring, we may take a bath on there and relax, today is our last journey, the next day early morning we drive back to Kathmandu.
