Neal became a Construction Partnering Facilitator over 14 years ago, driven by curiosity and a desire to develop solutions to complex challenges. He is recognized by clients throughout the world for his no-nonsense, pragmatic approach to problem solving and communication.

Neal has a Bachelor of Science and MBA, more than 20 years of management consulting experience, and more than 14 years of Partnering facilitation experience (IPI Certified).
