Founded over ten years ago on the initiative of Lorenzo Vangelisti, Valeur Group is a company with a European character offering investment solutions with high added value. In May 2021, the company acquired London-based digital platform for trading structured products LinkedTrade.

Valeur Group is a well-established company operating independently in the financial sector. Its areas of expertise include: asset management, investment advisory, risk management, trading and real estate services. The story of the Group can be dated back to 2010, when the manager and current CEO of the company, Lorenzo Vangelisti, decided to start the firm, after years of working in the sector of banking and finance. Before founding Valeur Group, he worked in Credit Suisse, first in the Private Banking Division, then in the Investment Banking Division and finally as Director of the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Team. With all the experience acquired through the years, Vangelisti took the leap and started a company today operating in Switzerland, United Kingdom and Luxemburg. Valeur Group is in fact composed by four companies: Valeur SA, Valeur Capital Ltd, Valeur Securities SA and Valeur Concept SA. Each company is specialized in a specific area. Valeur Securities SA, the trading desk of the company, provides an efficient investment platform with wide access to the market; Valeur Concept SA is specialized in real estate investment solutions and architectural services; Valeur SA is an asset manager of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes; Valeur Capital Ltd is the heart of the Group\'s Asset Management. In order to pursue their operations, the Group can count on the work of experts with over ten years\' experience and who are responsible for building personalized high added value investment strategies. Specialist skills like different types of geographical areas, asset classes, management styles and objectives are part of their asset.
