The world governing body of football, FIFA, has provisionally suspended some sort of Guam international after this individual failed a doping test.

The provisional suspension covers all sorts of matches and formally opens disciplinary proceedings.

The substance which tested positive will never be identified, nor has the player, with FIFA saying it is anti-doping rules state further information may only be disclosed after a hearing process.
