The Airline facilitates two types of check-in options for passengers- Online and Offline.

Online check-in opens 24 hours before the flight departure time. You need to visit the official website of the airline to avail of online check-in. You can also check your bag during online check-in. You can print the boarding pass once the check-in is completed.

In some cases like an unaccompanied minor, special assisted passengers or passengers carrying firearms or any technical issues, you may not be able to check-in online. In this situation, you need to go to the airport check-in desk. To avoid the queue at the check-in desk you can avail check-in kiosk as well.

British Airways Flight Baggage Policy

Hand Baggage Passengers are allowed to take one handbag of the dimension not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm and the weight of 23kg maximum in the cabin. Passengers are also allowed to take a small item (handbag or laptop bag) which must be no bigger than 40cm x 30cm x 15cm and the weight of not greater than 23kg.

Checked-in Baggage British Airways checked baggage allowance depends on the type of ticket, route, and fare. The dimension of checked baggage must not be greater than 90cm x 75cm x 43cm and the weight allowance is 23kg or 32kg depending on the route or ticket.

In short-haul domestic and European flight meals and snacks are not included. In all other long flight meals, snacks and drinks are included in the airfare. British Airways offers four-course meals and lighter snack service, on long haul flights, just before landing at the destination. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served free of cost. First-class passengers can enjoy a la carte menus, which is designed by leading chefs. Pre-order meals are also available for passengers, but you need to request such an option, at least 24 hours before the flight departure time.
