Keto Mixed Drinks

Drinks on keto?  Yes, that is true and very much possible.

Here are 11 keto alcoholic drinks that will keep you in ketosis.

Here are more combinations that are cool too.

#1: Tequila and diet soda

If you really want to go HAM with it, add some lime juice and Stevia. I drink A LOT of this while keto because it helps me drop fat fast. I also love Belvedere vodka on the rocks with a splash of cranberry juice, but it\'s hard to find something that beats tequila for taste unless you mix it with diet soda or alcohol-free syrup flavors. If you drink these three items in the correct order, your body will burn fat at an accelerated rate because they are all nearly zero-carb beverages by themselves.

#2: Vodka Soda with Lime Juice – The best keto alcoholic drinks

I start this list with the most obvious. Vodka soda with lime is my go-to keto drink because everything you need to make it is zero carbs, and the taste is so neutral that I\'ve been able to keep this as a staple of my keto diet without feeling too deprived. If you want more flavor, try adding some sugar-free syrup flavored like cola or fruit punch – just be careful not to overdo it if you\'re keeping carbs low!

#3: Gin and Diet tonic water – Does gin fit into a ketogenic diet plan?

The next drink on our list goes well with spicy foods if they aren\'t very hot (like jalapenos). A lot of people don\'t this but most tonic waters are zero carbs. If you want to make it taste better, add some sugar-free lemonade or raspberry syrup instead of tonic water. Gin is a very light drink with a subtle flavor that makes it perfect for keto!

#4: Rum and diet coke or Pepsi Max – What is the best rum for keto?

I love rum and coke while I\'m out at bars because there\'s no way I can mess it up, but these two items aren\'t ideal on their own so I only drink them if I feel like having something sweet. Try switching to diet soda when you\'re doing keto to reduce your carbs. You could even try adding some sugar-free fruit juice if you want more flavor!

#5: Wine – Is wine good for ketosis?

Wine is another great choice for this type of diet. You can drink it by itself, or try adding Diet 7-up, sugar-free orange juice, or some sugar-free raspberry syrup to make it taste better. Some people have even been able to sneak in some vodka :). Try switching to dry wines like sauvignon blanc if you want something that tastes similar but has fewer carbs.

#6: Dry Martini – Great keto drink for fat loss!

This drink goes well with olives stuffed with blue cheese (my favorite) or cucumber. I suggest trying it with sugar-free raspberry syrup if you want more flavor but keep your carbs low. There are quite a few drinks on this list that are sweet because I know how hard it can be to resist carbs when drinking alcohol, so you can try switching them up if you don\'t like the taste of fruity drinks after a while. Most people don\'t think of this drink as a keto alcoholic drink, but it\'s such a versatile choice that your diet doesn\'t have to suffer for lack of variety.

#7: Tequila and Lime – Delicious!

Tequila shots are the go-to party staple on most college campuses and in pop culture in general, but did you know that they fit into virtually every low-carb food plan? I love this stuff because it tastes really good, has zero carbs when combined with limes or sugar-free syrups, yet is still strong enough to get the job done if I want to stay up all night playing Overwatch. I used to think that shots had way too many calories when mixed with soda or juice, but if you use one of the sugar-free mixers on this list (or try flavoring it yourself with diet soda and other things), then you should be able to enjoy a low carb Tequila Sunrise every once in a while without feeling guilty.

As we have seen, it is very easy to get drunk keto since there are no carbs in your drinks. Alcoholic beverages can be a good option to avoid boredom about the diet.

So if your goal is not only the fat loss but also to take care of their well-being, then alcohol should be considered as an occasional treat.
