Vertical Movable Test Station

This exclusive test station was developed and manufactured for a customer in the automotive electronics sector. With ESD protection as per ANSI ESD S20.20.2014 and IEC 61340 standards, this product offers some notable features:

-          customised aluminium structure made of heavy duty extruded aluminium profiles 40 x 40 mm

-          aluminium profile offers electrical housing for mounting sockets, switches, data and MCB

-          ESD shelves made of high pressure laminated volumetric ESD particle board

-          swivel arm to hold monitor screen

-          slidable tray for keyboard and mouse pad

-          ESD drawer with single/multiple compartments

-          Four 4-inch ESD castors - 2 lockable.

Instrument Movement Trolley

Ideal for handling and moving instruments in electronic laboratories or shopfloors, this rugged workhorse trolley arrives fully assembled. Simply unpack and the trolley is ready to go! Made from standard components but customised as per customer requirements, the main features of this trolley include:

-          Three metal shelves made of 4 mm mild steel sheet and 20mm bend on all four sides

-          Weight carrying capacity of the shelves: 100 kg each

-          Framework made of 40 x 40 mm aluminium profiles

-          180⁰ rotatable arms with weight carrying capacity of 15-20 kg

-          Four 5-inch heavy duty rubber wheels to take the weight and move smoothly with minimum effort.
