Addiction Rehab Admission ProcessPosted by Care Addiction Center on February 1st, 2022 Seeking help for a drug or alcohol addiction doesn’t have to be complicated. It\'s never too late to seek treatment for drug and alcohol addictions. Here are four simple steps to help you get into rehab. 1. Contact A Treatment Provider The first step is to reach out for help and contact an addiction recovery center or treatment center if you or a loved one has a drug or alcohol problem. You will be able to ask any questions you may have about treatment and the types of treatments available to you. What kind of questions should you ask? Here is a list to get you started: Questions To Ask Any Drug & Alcohol Rehab Center. 2. Confidential Evaluation / Assessment Scheduling an appointment for a consultation and evaluation is the second step towards alcohol rehab. Why? Because a comprehensive assessment is crucial to appropriately place a patient in the most effective level of care. This evaluation consists of a physical exam, medical history, and alcohol test. Evaluations take place in a confidential environment within our facility. It can be difficult for an individual to share private and personal information with strangers when they decide to seek help. It can be overwhelming and scary at times. At Care Addiction Center, we do our best to make it as comfortable and supportive as possible. 3. Verify Insurance If you have an insurance policy, your treatment is most likely covered. WThere can be a number of benefits and coverage related to addiction insurance. Begin Treatment Upon answering all of your questions and you are ready to begin outpatient addiction recovery treatment, our staff will schedule your admission date so you can begin your recovery program. Intensive outpatient treatment at Care Addiction Center is six weeks long, centered on small, intimate and individualized sessions in the evenings. You can expect to participate in therapy sessions, working on identifying reasons you reach for a substance, discovering your own negative coping skills while combating them with positive coping skills, and learning tools, strategies and different mindsets to help you stay sober. At the end of six weeks, you are not suddenly left on your own. Aftercare is an exciting and welcoming group which is involved in the community through picnics, golf outings, and sporting events in the area.
