Countries around the world are at different levels of incomes. When income levels are different, then salaries for different professions are different in different countries are different as well. Countries that are developed are higher when it comes to offering salaries for different professions. Countries are offering to outsource their services and there are other countries that are not as prosperous are servicing developed countries.

There are all kinds of services like call centre services that include customer service and technical support services that are offered by countries in less advanced and low income countries to high income countries. Companies are working make it easier for developed and developing countries to serve each other.

There are services that developed countries can offer to less developed countries as well. Services like research in well equipped research labs that are nonexistent in less developed countries and are difficult to replicate as well. There are high technology services related to health that can be offered from more advanced countries to less advanced countries.

Hence there are telecommunication links that are between countries like Australia and Philippines. Countries that are low income are one of those that are being used by high income countries to have latter services outsourced to them. The equipments used in outsourcing are ones that are made in high income countries.

Countries low income and high income can work together can to achieve universal employment and high incomes across the board. Agriculture in low income countries are less developed than those in high income countries. There are companies that in high income countries that can offer agriculture advancement systems to less developed countries.

Same goes for waste disposal and treatment systems. One often finds that there are filthy areas in low income countries. Waste disposal and treatment can be replicated in low income countries from high income countries. Plastic waste has been a particular concern in low income countries. Plastic waste can be converted to other forms of hydrocarbons like gasoline and gas that is combustible.

Plastic waste can be used for making plastics again as well. Companies in high income and low income can synergise their efforts in the same direction. Companies are working to make these and other things happen. Outsourcing is part of these comprehensive efforts. Outsourcing some people say that robs jobs from high income countries; these are nothing but fallacies. Outsourcing Australia wide to other countries should be wholeheartedly supported.
