1. Hainanese chicken rice

Hainanese chicken rice will include steamed chicken with rice cooked in chicken broth.  This whole favourite recipe is perfect for a fast and substantial lunch.  The steamed rice is laced with flavour and a pleasant scent, indicating that the chicken stock is of high quality.  Sprinkle additional dipping sauce on top of the chicken when you are eating it.

2. Hokkien prawn mee

Hokkien mee is a cuisine that typically consists of fried spherical wheat noodles and thinner rice noodles with prawns, pork,  eggs, and bean sprouts.  All of the components are stir-fried in a fragrant stock of prawns, pork, and other sorts of seafood.  Fish cakes, squids, prawns, spring onions, pig fat (optional), and chives are common additions, with sambal sauce with lemon on the dish.

3. Yusheng

Yusheng is a delectable salad made with pieces of fresh fish and chopped veggies that are prepared with spices and other toppings like nuts and bean sprouts and are typically enjoyed during Chinese New Year celebrations.  The meal is also seasoned with yusheng sauce, which is often made of plum sauce and sesame oil.  As the first course of a multi-course meal, Yusheng is often served as an appetiser.  The items are presented unusually when placed on the plates, with those gathered around the table.

4. Curry Laksa

Curry laksa (curry mee) is a chilli noodle soup popular in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.  It is a real fusion meal inspired by culinary traditions from India, China, and Southeast Asia.  It is one of the many variations of laksa, the iconic Southeast Asian noodle soup.  It is the most popular variant in Singapore, where it is commonly referred to simply as laksa.  The distinctive sweet and spicy sauce is produced using curry and coconut milk as the base for this creamy delicacy.  Even though the sauce for laksa is quite similar to curry, it is normally much lighter yet has a powerful taste.

Conclusion

There is no doubt in the fact that the list of food Singapore has to offer is never-ending. However, these are some of the best meals you must try if you are on a trip from Singapore to Delhi.  The taste and presentation will make you love the meal.
