Sabres Dylan Cozens suffers apparent hand injury at developm

Dylan Cozens is expected to make a splash with the Sabres as one of the league's most highly-anticipated prospects, but he may have Jonathan Bullard Jerseys to wait to show off his skill.

During a development camp scrimmage Saturday, Cozens was skating for the puck and was hip-checked by defensemanBrandon Hickey. As he went over Hickey's back, Cozens put his left hand out and landed on it,hitting the Warrick Dunn Jerseys ice hard.The 18-year-old took off his glove and skated directly over to the bench, where trainers escorted him to the dre sing room. From the looks of things his hand appears to be bent the injury does not look good.

Cozens is one of the top forwards from 2019's draft cla s and has the skill to potentially make the opening night roster out of training camp, but this injury could potentially complicate things to come.
