The new path to automatic filling

The increase in productivity that can be achieved from converting a semi-automatic milk powder filling line to an automatic filling and capping line can be remarkable. Until now, the jump in price was also remarkable.

For filling lines especially, productivity is often constrained by slower, semi-automatic filling machines. The operator of these machines needs to center the bottle under the nozzle, activate the filling machine, wait for the bottle to fill, and then start the process over again with the next bottle. This process is extremely time consuming for workers that could spend this time doing other things, but options for upgrading to an automatic powder filling machine for a reasonable price are limited.

To help companies upgrade to an automatic filling machine at a much lower cost, we took a different approach. Instead of developing an automatic filling machine, an automation platform that allows companies to automate the filling machine they already own.
