Wholewheat Pav Snacks At Home

Homemade wholewheat pav snacks has a different taste and familiarity. Then neither we have to worry about its stale and spoiled nor do we have to worry about our health. So let's spread the fragrance of freshly baked wholewheat pav at home without oven.

Required ngredients

wholewheat flour -1.5 cups (200 grams)
Instant Active Yeast - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup (160 ml)
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Oil - 1.5 tsp

Process :

To make wholewheat pav, take wholewheat flour in a bowl. Now take instant active yeast in a small bowl, mix sugar and warm milk in it and keep it aside for 6-7 minutes.

Add salt to the flour and mix well. Now add puffed yeast and hot milk to it and mix it well. Now add oil to the maida and knead soft and soft dough after kneading it for 8-10 minutes. If the dough seems dry, then you can add a little more milk to it. Knead the dough well and make it soft. Now put oil on it, cover it for 1 hour and keep it in a warm place.

After an hour, knead the dough well by applying a little flour in your hand. Now cut the flour into two equal parts and again divide it into three equal parts.

Mix 1 teaspoon cream and 1 teaspoon milk in a bowl and grease the balls well. This will give a nice texture and shine to the pav.

Now put about 2 cups of salt in a pan, put a mesh stand in it and heat it on high flame for 10 minutes.

Now cover the container by placing it in a pan and let it bake on medium-high flame for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check whether the pav is completely baked or not. If not, cover them again and bake them again for about 10 minutes. When the pav turns a nice golden brown color, take out the container from the pan.

Apply butter on the baked loaf and cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 10 minutes. By doing this the pav will become very soft and soft.

After 10 minutes take it out from the container. Homemade fresh, soft and soft wholewheat pav is ready, that too tastier than the market. Now serve it with bhaji, vada pav or any other way you like. You will love this recipe.
