Use blinds or curtains to darken the room.

Changes in Dietary habits

Have a healthy meal before bed. Avoid going to bed hungry.

Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of going to bed.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol at night.

Take a healthy diet to improve overall well-being.

Insomnia is a common problem. It can result from a range of problems, which may involve physical or mental health. In some cases, they are environmental or  lifestyle factors, such as shift timings and caffeine or alcohol use.
