How does a new cryptocurrency emerge?

It's rare nowadays to encounter someone who hasn't heard of cryptocurrencies. The crypto market is expanding rapidly. When it comes to creating innovative ways to bootstrap projects and generate cash, the cryptocurrency community is very innovative.
One of the hottest topics in the crypto business is Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs). Initial DEX offering is a successor to ICOs. Their common purpose is to bring a new cryptocurrency to market and used it as an alternative to crowd funding.

What is an ICO?
In the cryptocurrency industry, an ICO is equivalent to an initial public offering (IPO). ICO is a process or event in which a company (particularly a start-up) tries to generate funds by selling a new cryptocurrency in the form of tokens before listing on the exchange, which investors can buy in the hopes that the cryptocurrency's value will rise, or to subsequently swap for services provided by the firm.
There is presently little to no official regulation of ICOs, and anybody may start one if they have the necessary technology. You'll almost always need to acquire a more established digital currency and have a basic understanding of cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges to participate in an ICO cryptocurrency.

What is an IDO?
IDO platforms, often known as crypto launch pads, are platforms for launching new currencies, crypto projects, and generating liquidity. Pre-screening is done by the launch pad. An IDO is a financing platform for any new project that is launched on decentralized exchanges (DEX) utilizing currencies or tokens.

How it works?
In ICO crypto, before a project can be listed on an exchange, it must first pay exchange fees and wait for  approval. Because IDO is a totally decentralized product, projects don't have to pay excessive fees and don't need authorization from anybody.

Investing in an ICO or IDO Crypto is considered a high-risk venture. Cryptocurrency prices, even the most well-known ones, are significantly more volatile than the prices of traditional assets like stocks.
