1.  Raw material collection

A proper collection process is used to collect raw and unprocessed steel. The metal is tested after it has been collected.

2. Chemical and Physical Testing

3. Heating is the next important process.

5. Inspection
Following the hot rolling process, manufacturers need to perform targeted inspections. Manufacturers receive assurance of bar quality after this inspection.

6. Water quenching in controlled environments
