SST Online Training for Workers and Supervisors @pdhstar.comPosted by PDH Star on August 29th, 2022  Our SST Online Training is developed to satisfy the DOB requirement for Site Safety Training. PDH STAR is an NYC Department of Building-approved course provider. Local Law 196 requires workers and supervisors at most NYC construction sites to earn an SST card by completing a series of DOB-approved Site Safety Training courses. Both supervisors and workers need an SST card to enter any New York City job site with a Site Safety Plan. If you are new to the NYC construction industry, you must complete a 10-hour OSHA class before your first day on the job. You will then have six months to complete an additional 30 hours of courses and earn your SST Worker card. PDH STAR is a DOB-approved Site Safety Training course provider and is authorized to issue SST cards. You can also apply the training you completed with any other DOB-approved provider toward your SST card. Our SST online courses, and our 10- and 30-hour OSHA courses, are DOB approved and accepted by all Department-approved SST card providers.
