It is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority for the management of Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS). Along with the Group, Valeur Capital Ltd carries out research and market analysis in order to design the most appropriate fund strategies. Valeur SA (Lugano) is instead an asset manager of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes. It is the hub of the Group's research and manages UCITS and SIF Luxemburg funds.

Valeur Securities SA, based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland), is authorized by the FINMA for the distribution of collective investment schemes. Valeur Securities SA is the Group's trading desk and provides an investment platform with broad access to the market. Its team can count on skilled traders with extensive knowledge in dealing with both traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as with order execution. The fourth company is Lugano-based Valeur Concept SA: built upon Valeur Group's experience and profound understanding of the Italian and Swiss real estate markets, its expertise covers a wide variety of real estate investment solutions and architectural services. Finally, LinkedTrade Technologies Ltd. is a London-based SaaS multi-dealer platform that offers end-to-end automation for the conception, pricing, trading and risk monitoring of bespoke structured products.
