Popularity of WoW WOTLK classic has fluctuated drastically throughout its history. This is only normal for  WOTLK Gold a game more than 20 years old. Players' numbers increase when there's an expansion and then fall back after a couple of months. The current WoW WOTLK classic player count are an improvement in World of Warcraft from the over 12 million active users the game had in 2008 when it was launching the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, it's been a belief that the majority of players will continue to return for a new expansion. Shadowlands The game's latest expansion has sold greater than 3.7 million copies on the first day of its release after it came out in the year 2020, breaking records for day-one sales to date for this game.

Fast forward to 2022 following the launch of the final update for Shadowlands and what could be described as an unsettling year for Blizzard and the belief that players will never return may not be the case. In the midst of persistent controversy over discrimination and sexual harassment and two massively popular expansions in a row and more competition in this MMO arena than before, and the position held by WoW WOTLK classic appears to be ripe for the to be taken.

The issue is that is Blizzard's own fault. Despite their impressive sales figures the players were not happy with Shadowlands the expansion that took players to a completely new universe and also featured appearances from fans of characters like Uther, Garrosh Hellscream, and many more. It could have been a huge hit.

However, Shadowlands proved to be an utter disappointment. While the core gameplay of WoW WOTLK classic is as quick and enjoyable and enjoyable as it has ever been, its more and more entangled with systems that seem bent to suck the enjoyment out of the game. The roguelike-inspired dungeon called Torghast turned into a long-running chore players were required to complete every week. The story content was a hindrance to having to complete weekly and daily check-lists for weeks. Players felt trapped by decisions such as Covenants and were confined by systems such as Conduit Energy and Conduit Energy, with pleas from the players' community for changes falling to the side of silence all the time. The changes to these systems were eventually made but they came too late for cheap WOTLK Classic Gold them to be of any significance.
