How to Cancel British Airways Flight

For Refundable Ticket- Flight ticket cancellation policy imposes a penalty of USD 200 for a refundable ticket. You can apply for a refund or issue a traveler voucher for your flight ticket so that you can rebook your future travel.

For non-refundable ticket- non-refundable fares in flight ticket cancellation policy will cost same as refundable charge, which is USD 200, and you will get a travel voucher. The travel voucher is valid for one year from the date of flight cancellation.

British Airways Cancellation process

If you have booked your flight through the online portal, you can also cancel through the online portal. Click on "Manage My Booking" section. Fill in your booking reference and your last name.
And, for Skyward member, log on to the British official website to cancel british airways flight.
Once your flight is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation mail from the airline to your registered email address.
It will take at least 7 - 10 working days for the refund to reflect in the original form.
