The recipe needs a combination of oatmeal with tiny pieces of mixed-fruits, some ginger zest, salt and chopped nuts. Mixed with a blend of milk and beaten eggs, the batter must be baked in bar moulds, at 350 degrees for an hour. Once ready, they should be allowed to cool and harden into perfect crispiness.

4. Refreshing yoghurt pops: This healthy gluten-free breakfast is fit for bringing back the memories of childhood. The only difference is that you would be making the popsicles all by yourself in no time. Simply mix a lot of glazed and grilled berries with Greek yoghurt in a large bowl. Freeze the mix in small Popsicle makers or moulds at night. They’d be ready to savor by next morning.

5. Instant fruit and nut oatmeal: You can mix almost anything for this nutrition-loaded breakfast delight. Flavored oats, chopped nuts, assorted dried fruits, honey, milk powder, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, saffron strands etc. The mix can also be stored in air-tight containers so that your breakfast for the entire week can be sorted out effortlessly.
