Preparation Before Laminate Fiberglass Roof

Prepare your tools ready to be used, If its a bigger project say over 10m2 or you’re unaccustomed fiberglass chopped strand mat. I'd suggest you double up on resin rollers, consolidation rollers and 50mm ( 2″ ) brushes.

If it is warm weather , then the catalyst cures quicker than you'll be able to work your rollers or brushes can harden on you, this may cause stress or a sense of panic. If your backup gear is existing it permits you to carry on without the panic and to regulate your next combine consequently.

Saftey glassesWear! You need full wrap around safety glasses before touch the resin or catalyst. Seriously!

Never combine a lot of roofing resin than you know you'll work with, it’s simple to combine a lot of if you wish it.
