1. Single chain cooling bed
The single-strand cooling bed adopts a climbing structure. The cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and fixed rails with a drive system. The steel pipe is placed between the two clips of the forward transport chain, and the fixed guide rail bears the weight of the steel pipe body. The single-strand cooling bed uses the frictional force of the forward transport chain claw and the fixed rail to rotate the steel pipe, and at the same time relies on the steel self-weight and lifting angle, so that the steel pipe is always close to the forward transport chain claw to realize the smooth rotation of the steel.
2. Double cooling bed
The double-chain cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain, and each transport chain has a drive system. The steel pipe is placed between the two lines of the forward transport chain, and the reverse chain carries the weight of the pipe body. The double-strand cooling bed uses the thrust of the forward conveyor chain to push the steel pipe forward, and uses the frictional force of the reverse chain to make the steel pipe rotate continuously. The movement of the reverse chain also makes the steel pipe always lean on the jaws of the forward conveyor chain to achieve smooth rotation and uniform cooling.
3. New cooling bed chain
Combining the characteristics of single-strand cooling bed and double-strand cooling bed, the cooling bed is divided into uphill and downhill. The uphill section is a double-chain structure consisting of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. The positive and negative interaction makes the seamless carbon steel pipe continue to rotate forward and do climbing. The downhill section is a single-chain structure in which the forward transport chain and the steel pipe are arranged in parallel, and the rotation is realized by its own weight, thereby realizing the landslide movement.
4. Step-by-step rack cooling bed
The stepped rack cooling bed consists of two groups of racks, one is on the fixed beam, called the static frame, and the other is assembled on the moving beam, called the moving frame. When the mechanism moves, the moving rack is jacked up, the steel pipe is jacked up, and the steel pipe is rolled into a tooth shape once when it is jacked up. After the moving gear is raised to the highest position, the stepping mechanism will move the moving rack to the output direction of the cooling bed. The lifting mechanism continues to move, drives the moving rack to descend, puts the steel pipe into the stator slot, the steel pipe rolls again along the teeth of the teeth, and moves the rack back to the original position to complete the work. cycle.
5. Spiral cooling bed
Screw cooling consists of main drive, screw and fixed cooling platform, etc. The screw includes screw and screw screw. The working surface of the fixed cooling platform is higher than the screw core and lower than the helix. The weight of the steel tube body is borne by the fixed cooling platform. The main drive drives the screw to rotate synchronously, and the helix on the screw drives the steel pipe to roll forward and cool on the fixed cooling rack.
The single-strand cooling bed is not suitable for continuous operation, the double-strand cooling bed is better, the new chain type cooling bed has good effect and low cost, the step-type cooling bed is generally used for large or high configuration lines, and the screw-type cooling bed is generally used for cooling larger diameters.
