Red wines are best served with seasoned foods like red meat or spaghetti as it is fairly a dry tasting drink. For formal occasions, it is converted into a sparkling wine by adding carbon dioxide to it. Champagne, Blanc de Blanc, and spumante are the popular ones loved and perfect for every occasion.
