NTA Annual Schedule of Entrance Examinations Will Be Released

Taking lessons from the technical problems faced in the Common Entrance University Test (CUET) conducted for the first time, NTA will now prepare an annual schedule of entrance examinations.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started preparing the schedule for the upcoming examinations. Taking lessons from the technical problems faced in the Common Entrance University Test (CUET) conducted for the first time, NTA will now prepare an annual schedule of entrance examinations. In this schedule, all major entrance examinations including NEET, JEE Main, CUET will be set in such a way that no one's date collides with the other. The students used to face problems due to the clash of the dates of the examinations.

By getting the annual schedule in advance, it will be easier for the students to prepare. UGC Chairman Prof. M Jagadish Kumar gave this information. NTA has constituted two expert committees to conduct various entrance examinations in a smooth and hassle-free manner in future. According to the information, a committee will prepare the annual schedule of university entrance exam CUET, medical entrance NEET and engineering entrance exam JEE Main and other entrance exams.

This committee will ensure that no entrance exam should clash with each other and another committee will look into the infrastructure of the exam center so that there is no technical problem in the exam.

Sarkari Result Experts from IITs and Central Universities and people having experience of conducting examinations like GATE will be included in the committees.

Work will be done on developing a strong system of examination centers

The first edition of CUET UG was conducted between July and August. There were many technical glitches in this and on many occasions NTA was forced to postpone the exam. The agency also had to reschedule some exams to avoid clashing with other entrance exams. Technical glitches were observed at some centers during CUET. Therefore, a committee will focus on the possibility of developing a robust network of examination centers across the country so that examinations can be conducted in a seamless manner in future.

BPSC 67th Prelims Result will be released tomorrow

The result of Bihar Public Service Commission 67th preliminary examination will be released the day after tomorrow i.e. on 14th November itself. Earlier it was being said that the 67th PT Result would be released between 15th to 20th November.

But in the revised calendar of BPSC released on 10 November 2022, the date of declaration of result of 67th Prelims has been given as 14 November 2022. More than four lakh candidates had appeared in the 67th Prelims exam. The main exam is likely from 29 December. The result of the main examination will be released on March 14, 2023. Interview will start from 29th March. The result will be released on 28 May 2023.

The Controller of Examinations of the commission told that the advertisement of 68th will be issued as soon as the result of the preliminary examination is out. Vacancies have not yet come from some departments. Candidates will be able to check it at www.bpsc.bih.nic.in when the exam result is released. The main examination will be conducted in December for the candidates who pass the prelims.

How long can the cutoff be?

Admya Aditi Sansthan's examination specialist Guru Rahman said that the cutoff for general category is 103-106, cutoff for OBC 101-103, SC 93-95, ST 95-98, female cutoff 95-98 and EWS cutoff. Likely to go up to 100-102. Dr. VC Jha, Director, Sankalp Civil Services Patna said that the cutoff for the general category is likely to be around 105.
