The seamless steel pipe piercing tools are as follows:

1. Roller: It is the main transmission deformation tool. Typically, a drum consists of an inlet cone, a rolling belt (also called a compression belt), and an outlet cone. What it does:

Injection cone: Enter the tube blank to realize the perforation of the tube. The outlet cone design of the compartment reduces the hair wall, makes the capillary surface smooth, makes the capillary wall thickness uniform, and completes the capillary backflow. Rolled belt: transition from inlet cone to outlet cone.

2. Guide rail: It is a fixed external deformation tool, it not only plays the role of guiding the tube and capillary, making the rolling line stable, but more importantly, it closes the hole and the outer ring to limit the lateral deformation and the diameter of the capillary, And play a role in controlling the diameter of the capillary. The guide plate has the same shape as the roller and has an inlet, a transition and an outlet.

(1) Introduce the inlet part into the tube blank;
(2) The capillary tube is derived from the outlet part to limit the expansion of the capillary tube;
(3) The transition section is used as a transition.

3. Head: The shape of the head is as shown in the picture. It is a deformable tool in a punch press, equivalent to the inner roll of a ring mill. During operation, the support of the ejector pin is fixed in the axial position of the deformation zone. Practice has proved that when the seamless carbon steel pipe blank changes from solid to hollow, the outer diameter of the rolled piece does not change much.

The inner diameter expands from zero to the desired value mainly from the head. The head is a critical tool for capillary quality and stamping productivity because the head undertakes a very important deformation task and is exposed to harsh working conditions surrounded by heated metal. The head consists of four parts: the nose, the perforated cone, the flat band and the inverted tapered band. The functions of each part are:

1) During the perforation process, it is convenient to use the machine head in the blank centering hole, and the operation is convenient; the axial force is applied to the center of the pipe to prevent the prefabricated cavity to a certain extent.
2) The perforating cone is responsible for piercing the pipe and reducing the thickness of the capillary.
3) The taper angle of the flat part is equal to the taper angle of the roller outlet. It acts as a capillary and flattened capillary throughout the thickness of the inner and outer surfaces; when the capillary is separated from the head, its role is to prevent internal scratching.
