Poker has been played at least since 1829. The origin of this card game in New Orleans is said to have involved a deck of 20 cards. There were four players present at the time. Stud poker is the second-oldest poker variation after straight poker. According to the game's rules, each player must obtain a hand that matches a specific combination. Poker's community card

Players may divide the face-up community cards that are dealt face-up in the middle of the gaming table, as suggested by the game's name. In essence, this game is a stud poker variant. Community card poker deals players incomplete hands as opposed to stud poker, which deals players whole hands that are then paired with community cards to form a full hand. Texas hold 'em, a variation of community card poker that dates back to the 1920s, is one of the most well-liked versions of the game today. The game also comes in Omaha, Manila, Pinatubo, and Pineapple hold 'em variations.
