I know it is not Valentine’s Day, but do we need an excuse? I am going to teach you how to make heart shaped earrings using our very favorite Pandahall jewelry beads. Now these earrings simply speaks for it and for you to make them requires no elite hand crafting skills. Not to forget, it will make you look like an expert in crafting once you make and wear them.

If you are thinking about how can you style with these earrings then there’s nothing better than a Sunday brunch where you have a light meal and some good company around. I am sure they would notice your earrings and you might as well be asked to make a pair for them.

Carefully follow each step and make sure you have all the equipment necessarily required ready to work with.

Supplies you need:

  •          Red seed beads – 2mm
  •          Red seed beads with 2 holes – 5x3.5x3mm
  •          Copper wire, silver colored – 0.3mm
  •          Jump rings
  •          Hooks
  •          Diagonal pliers
  •          Round-nose pliers

I am not restricting you with color of Pandahall jewelry beads. But you are restricted to only use seed beads. I know hearts are not always supposed to be red. Let’s start with the following steps:

Step 1: Cut a piece of wire. Thread your Pandahall jewelry beads in the following pattern: 1 red 2-hole bead, 2mm seed bead, 2-hole bead, 2mm bead, 2-hole bead, 2-hole bead again and then a 3mm red bead. Afterwards, follow this one: one red 2-hole bead, 2mm red bead, 2-hole bead, 2mm bead, 2-hole bead, 2mm red bead, 2-hole bead, 2mm bead, 2-hole bead, 2mm red bead and lastly a 2-hole bead. Followed by, thread the right side wire option into the other 2-hole bead on right.

Step 2: String a 2mm bead, a 2-hole bead and two 2mm beads to the right option of your wire. Now, cross this one through the corresponding 2-hole bead. String a 2mm red bead and one 2-hole bead to your wire option on left. Then, pass the right wire option into the 2-hole bead and the left wire option through the next 2-hole bead. As previously done, add three 2 mm beads on the two wire sides. We are getting by the end, so stay focused. Followed by, cross both of your wires into your 3mm beads, one after the other. Fix your earring hook on the above of your heart design through a jump ring. You will have to use your pliers to get this done. Make sure you do not break your jump ring while opening it.

That was all to make a heart shaped earring with Pandahall jewelry beads! You have now made one heart, refer to the same steps in making another one to form a pair.

I am absolutely sure you are now delighted with your product. Doesn’t it look dazzling? I know some areas were tricky but I am certain you kept your cool and remained patient as we approached the end process.
