Lebanon Hotel: A Historical Perspective

The Lebanon Hotel is a historic hotel located in Lebanon, Tennessee. The hotel was built in 1856 and is the oldest hotel in Lebanon. The hotel has been used as a hotel, a restaurant, and a banquet hall. The hotel is currently owned by the city of Lebanon and is used as a banquet hall.

The Lebanon Hotel was built by James W. Hatton. Hatton was born in Virginia in 1804. He moved to Lebanon in 1821. He was a carpenter and a farmer. He built the Lebanon, MO Bed and Breakfast in 1856. The hotel was three stories tall and had 30 rooms. The hotel cost ,000 to build. The hotel was built on the corner of Main Street and Commerce Street.

The Lebanon Hotel was used as a hotel until the early 1900s. The hotel was then used as a restaurant. The restaurant was called the Hatton House. The Hatton House was open from the early 1900s until the late 1920s. The Hatton House was then converted into a banquet hall. The banquet hall was called the Hatton House Banquet Hall. The banquet hall was open from the late 1920s until the early 1970s. The banquet hall was then converted back into a hotel. The hotel was open from the early 1970s until the early 1990s. The hotel was then closed and has been used as a banquet hall since then.

The Lebanon Hotel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. Lebanon has a long and rich history, and its architecture is reflective of this. From the ancient ruins of Baalbek to the more modern buildings in Beirut, there is a lot to see in Lebanon. The Lebanon Hotel is a great example of this.
