Springtrap Plush

Springtrap Plush is the smaller, plush version of Springtrap from Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He is much more cartoonish and less menacing than his animatronic counterpart.

Plushtrap is the only antagonist in the game who can jumpscare but does not kill. He is also one of the few non-Phantom animatronics to have a jumpscare sound, the others being Golden Freddy from the first and second game, Nightmare Foxy/Nightmare Mangle (closet jumpscare only), Funtime Freddy, and Ennard in the Private Room.

Character Design

Springtrap Plush is the plush counterpart of the animatronic character Spring Bonnie. He appears as a golden animatronic Rabbit with a purple bowtie and 2 black buttons on his chest.

He is a minor antagonist that does not make appearances in the main story, but only in the minigame Fun with Plushtrap. He has a much smaller role than other characters, such as Nightmare Balloon Boy.

His head seems to be much larger than his body in comparison to the other nightmare animatronics, and he has many razor sharp teeth and beady eyes. He also appears to be in decent condition, compared to the other nightmare animatronics, except for a few darker brown spots on his belly and a few small rips on each part of his body. He also has a green tint at the roots of his teeth, which is unknown. It is possible that this is a sign of deterioration.

Appearance

Plushtrap is a nightmare animatronic first introduced in Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He is the first antagonist in his own minigame, "Fun with Plushtrap", and does not appear anywhere else (other than the after-night minigames).

His appearance seems to be much more cartoonish and less menacing than many other nightmare animatronics. His head is considerably larger than his body, which supports the fact that he is a plush, and he has many razor sharp teeth and beady eyes.

He also appears to be in decent condition, compared to most other nightmare animatronics, with a few darker brown spots on his belly and a few small rips across his entire body.

During gameplay, he can be summoned on CAM 06 by Dee Dee or Shadow Dee. When he is summoned, he will sit in his white wooden chair on the cove with his usual look from Five Nights at Freddy's 4.

Mechanics

Plushtrap has a very different mechanic than most of the other antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's 4; instead of being random and unpredictably moving, he is very predictable. This is shown by his minigame, where he starts in a chair at the end of a dark corridor and moves towards the player, sometimes entering a nearby room.

In the game, the player must shine the flashlight when he stops on an "X" to permanently cease moving and gain a 2-hour bonus for the next night. However, if Plushtrap gets too close before the timer runs out, he will jumpscare the player and cause them to lose their chance to win the 2-hour bonus.

Plushtrap is one of the few animatronics to have an exclusive jumpscare sound, along with Golden Freddy, Nightmare Foxy/Nightmare Mangle (closet jumpscare only), Funtime Freddy, and Ennard in the Private Room. He also is the only non-Phantom animatronic (and technically, the only one in the series, as the Phantoms are hallucinations) who has a jumpscare that does not kill the player.

Sound

Springtrap Plush (also known as Plushtrap) is a collectible plush character from Five Nights at Freddy's. He is similar to his animatronic counterpart in design, but he appears less menacing and more cartoonish.

He is colored brown-green with a brownish shade on his belly and a pair of three-jointed ears. He also has four fingers and three toes, which is different from his animatronic counterparts.

His death scream sounds slightly higher pitched than the normal jumpscare, and he appears to have a green tint at the roots of his teeth, like Nightmare Chica's Cupcake.

Plushtrap is one of the shortest animatronics in the game, and his lower endoskeleton jaw doesn't move in his jumpscare. He is also one of the few non-Phantom animatronics who have an exclusive jumpscare sound.
