How to pack the seamless pipe correctly?

The seamless pipe is transported by a special trailer with a length of 18m. The trailer is paved with 100mm×200mm wooden squares, and the wooden squares are covered with rubber mats or straw bags. The thickness is not less than 10mm, and the width is not less than 300mm. Lay rubber bands or fine soil bags between the two layers of the seamless pipe. During transportation, the pipes must be bundled firmly to prevent rolling pipes and shooting pipes, and special slings should be used for binding.

During the whole process of hoisting, transportation and stacking, the nozzle should be kept intact. Protect the nozzle with a cross fixing to prevent deformation. The stacking site should be flat and firm, and two sleepers (section 300×300mm) with a distance of 4-8m should be placed under the stacking. Sandbags or fine soil bags should be placed between sleepers and anticorrosion pipes. There should be fixed wedges on the sleepers at the edge of the pipe stack to prevent the pipes from slipping.

Before the seamless pipe is unloaded, the unloading pier should be laid at the pre-unloading position. The lower surface of the seamless pipe is 0.5-0.7m away from the ground, and a grass mat is laid on the fine soil pillow to protect the anti-corrosion layer. Three seamless pipes are removed from the bottom of each group of pipe piers, and the distance between each seamless pipe is 0.2m, which is convenient for the hanging of the spreader. The distance between each group of pipe piers is 6-8 meters, and the distance between two piles of pipe piers is about 8 meters. The crane station is in the middle to facilitate pipe unloading on both sides. Cover both sides of the pipe pier with woven bags or compacted fine soil piles; if multiple layers are required, no more than two layers are required, and the upper pipe must be placed between the lower two pipes to prevent the pipe from falling off. Rolling (climbing is strictly prohibited when the surface of the pipe is sprayed). In general areas (except storage yards), on-site unloading must go to the first floor, and it is strictly forbidden to go up and down two floors.

When unloading, check the integrity of the seamless pipe in time, record the damage of the nozzle and anti-corrosion layer in the seamless pipe receipt book, and the manufacturer will arrange personnel to repair it in time. For seamless pipes with unqualified quality, such as serious damage and serious pipe deformation, they will not be accepted.

Note: Special pipe hoisting tools such as iron rods, wire ropes, and 5T hoisting belts should be used during loading and unloading. Four slings are equidistantly wound on the seamless pipe, and the iron rod is connected with the sling through a wire rope and a hook to lift the seamless pipe. It is absolutely not allowed to use the wire rope directly to prevent damage to the nozzle. When loading and unloading, pay attention that the pipes cannot collide or scratch each other.

According to the completion of the foundation of the trench excavation, remove the pipes one by one at the exact position along the pipeline, and pad the pipes with woven bags of soil filling. Pay attention to controlling the arrangement length of the seamless pipe and the length of the pipe trench to avoid leaking pipes and multiple pipes, causing pipe replenishment and pipe transfer. Pipeline transportation and pipe layout are completed in one step, avoiding secondary reverse transportation. Pipes are installed in areas where roads, rivers, etc. pass.

Stack the site, and fill the pipes with earth-filled woven bags. For uneven places along the pipe trench, the site should be leveled to facilitate on-site pipe layout and welding.
