BEST RESEARCH FORMAT IN TOWN

Every researcher may find it difficult to do a research without a format to be followed. A format is something to be considered as a blue print to guide an action and pursue with its courses. A sample of this format is shown belown.

Secondary Title Page

Approval Sheet                 ( a sheet that approves your proposal signed by at least three approver)

Certificates of  book acceptance and other certificates related to the research

Acknowledgement

Dedication

Table of Contents            (2-5 pages)

List of Tables                   (a direct viewer for what page a specific table is located)

List of Figures

FIRST CHAPTER

THE PROBLEM AND ITS SCOPE

Introduction ( which includes rationale )

?         Gives the overview of the chosen study topic

?         Present a situationer

?         Explain the reason for choosing the research topic

?         Creates the need for the study

Theoretical Background

            Theories

            Legal bases ( which includes related literature, implementing rules and regulations )

            Related studies

            Schematic diagram ( Research Flow  as shown by an illustration)

THE PROBLEM

Statement of the Problem

?         Contains the main problem or general objective

?         States the sub-problem or specific objectives ( must be correlated with each other)

Assumptions  (optional)

?         States propositions which the researcher asserts based on his  own intuition, experience and observation

Null Hypotheses

?         States the null hypotheses that require statistical testing

Significance of the Study

?         Mentions who are to benefit from the study and how each may be benefited

?         Discuss the value of the study to individuals, groups, institutions and to the discipline

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

?         Specifies and justifies the type of research used

Environment

?         Describes the locale / venue of the research

?         Includes a map , if necessary

Respondents / Subjects

?         Explains the sampling procedure used

?         Specifies the number of respondents involved which may be presented in a table

?         Describe the type and characteristics  of respondents

Instrument

?         Mentions the research instrument(s) / tools for gathering data

?         Describes the content and preparation of each instrument

Research Procedures

?         This section describes the details of data gathering employing the research tools described earlier

Statistical treatment

?         This part explains the statistical procedures used

DEFINITION OF TERMS

?         Gives the operational definitions of the keywords in the title and sub-problems (terms are arranged alphabetically or logically )

CHAPTER II

PRESENTATION , ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

(statistical treatment maybe shown here)

CHAPTER  III

SUMMARY , CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

(which includes proposed output and proper recommendations)
