Benefits of Upgrading Your SAM Software

So how do you get the latest updates of your SAM subscription and keep your subscription fresh? Through upgrading your SAM Broadcaster subscription.
Upgrading your SAM subscription works out cheaper than purchasing a new license. Below are the standard upgrade options available to you.
SAM Broadcaster Pro
Standard subscription:
when you renew within three months before expiry
when you renew within three months after expiry
9 when you renew within the three-month period before the software is retired (after 5 years)
SAM Cast Pro
Standard Subscription:
when you renew within three months before expiry
if you renew within three months after expiry
9 when you renew within the three-month period before the software is retired (after 5 years)
SAM DJ
Standard Subscription:
if you renew within three months before expiry
when you renew within three months after expiry
when you renew within the three-month period before the software is retired (after 5 years)
How to Upgrade
To upgrade, simply follow the following instructions:
Log in to your Spacial User Zone: http://userzone.spacial.com
Go to the "Products" tab
Click on the "Upgrade Info" button for your product and follow the instructions from there
The "Upgrade Info" button is only available 2-months prior to the subscription expiry and up to 1 month after. If you log into your Spacial User Zone and do not find the upgrade option under the "Products" tab, please raise a support request at https://support.spacial.com/ and we will provide the required link.
